1. To get your collection of Smileage Points started, you can put a link to Smile Recipe on your personal website. After you add the link (buttons are available on this page) just contact me through the Contact Me page, and let me know your site's URL. Two Smileage Points will be given in return.
2. You can also earn Smileage Points with every purchase:
Purchase any piece priced $2.00 - $2.99, earn 1 Smileage Point
Purchase any piece priced $3.00 - $3.99, earn 2 Smileage Points
Purchase any piece priced $4.00 - $4.99, earn 3 Smileage Points
Purchase any piece priced $5.00 - $5.99, earn 4 Smileage Points
...
Purchase any piece priced $9.00 and up, earn 8 Smileage Points
(Please note that the number of points you earn per order corresponds to the prices of individual pieces in your order. For example, if you order two $2 signatures, you earn 1 point on each signature, and NOT 3 points for the $4 total of the order.)
What can I exchange my Smileage Points for?
Smileage points can be exchanged for any of the Purchaseware Signatures OR special Smileage-exclusive signatures.
Generally, 8 Smileage Points = 1 free signature, although some signatures may require more points.
Regular-release and limited edition Fairy Pod seeds are not available in exchange for Smileage Points, however, special seeds are occasionally release which are only available in exchange for Smileage points.
Tube sets are also not available in exchange for Smileage Points.
When exchanging your points for a freebie, it does not matter what the dollar value of your selection is - you can choose from whatever is available, whether it's listed as a $3 signature or a $5 signature.
There is also a collection of signatures which are available only in exchange for Smileage Points.
How do I use my points to buy things?
To exchange your Smileage Points just add your items to your cart as usual - when you get to the customization stage, there is a checkbox which asks if you want to use your points to buy that item. You should check that box!
How do I know how many Smileage Points I have?
At some point I may set up a page online where you can check, but for now I will notify you in email after you make purchases (or link the site) what your current total is. You can also write to ask me what your current status is.
